The glaze mixture is created by mixing paint with a glaze medium in a specific formula depending on the desired effect. The applications also varies by using different tools such as brushes, rollers, rags, cheesecloth, sponges, & feathers.
Speciality paint finishes include, faux marble and stone, wood graining, stenciling, patinas & gold leafing. Any surface can be transformed with multiple coats of paint and glazes manipulated in specific ways. All work is custom and sample boards are included.

Sarah Bianco was commissioned by the city of Santa Cruz to paint her first public mural in the fall of 2017. With the theme of Inclusivity, "Jump In" depicts portraits of local children joyfully suspended in mid air above a golden Santa Cruz coastline. Enlarged colorful honeycomb shaped molecule structures represent our innate interconnectivity. The mural hopes to evoke inspiration to bring our unique talents to the community, jump into what we love, & remember the joy that is possible when we come together and play. Mural is located in Scope Park, downtown Santa Cruz across the street from the clocktower.
Mural located at 253 Center Ave., Aptos CA. “Reflections” was inspired by the great mysteries of the ocean, that I am so fortunate to live near. It is a place that we go to recharge, connect with nature, community, and ourselves, reflect, and play. This piece was created in gratitude of our beautiful ocean and beaches.
